Hi all, I've been using the MJ for 8 months now with no problem. Lately, we get a call and answer it with no problem. Then all followup calls will ring but doesn't connect when answered. I have to reboot the computer to get it work again, and then, for only one call. Any ideas what's causing this?

You may want to check to see if your USB ROOT HUB(S) setting is set for power save. Look in device Manager USB section. There are more than one USB ROOT HUBS listed. Also if you are using the short extension which came with your MJ, don't. Also be sure to use a REAR usb port ( if you are using a desktop PC).
