Bind Variable does not exist

Hi.
Recently I got my MJ replacement and followed the instructions that came with the unit to the letter: i entered my old email/password and selected the mj number that was being replaced.

Then i get the : BIND VARIABLE DOES NOT EXIST error

I am prompted to click on the back arrow after that I am informed of the error and have to close the registration window.

When i repeat the process, I check the MJ number that is being replaced against the one listed in my account for errors. But, the information is correct.

Help.
I just recently renewed a few days before my MJ conked out and now, my replacement is also having issues.
