Hello,
After 9 days of use, this morning after turning on my computer and MJ logging on, the upper window in the MJ main window states "Error 400". On line help directed me to use a different USB port, which I did. Nothing has changed. I get a dial done, but then the message states "Waiting for proxy registration" then back to "Error 400". I called my MJ # and the line was continually busy. What do I do now?

this could be a problem on MJ's side,If the troubleshooting tips on this forum do not offer a solution then wait a few hours and try again later or go to the tech chat and see if they are having technical problems with your specific area. good luck

Error 400 - Proxy Registration Error
I contacted MJ tech support today. I have had no MJ problems until this morning. MJ Tech Support said they were updating servers and were having ISP problems in Southern California. I am still receiving proxy registration error message, but at least voicemail started working again.

I contacted Richard at [email protected] today. Within two hours he had resolved my magic jack problem and it is now working properly. Too bad chat Tech Support people can't resolve problems.
