Show MJ Dashboard when running as service
Is it possible to occasionally show the MJ dashboard when running MJ as a service using MSC17 ?
No you will have to uninstall then reinstall the service. If you want to see the softphone then look onto getting magicsilence from pcphonesoft. http://www.pcphonesoft.com/
yes it is possible. not really 'on the fly', but u certainly don't have to uninstall the service at all!
Right click on My Computer, then manage.
then hit the + on services and applications.
then hit SERVICES.
then on right side scroll down to MAGICJACK and double click it.
then click on the LOG ON tab.
then check the box ALLOW SERVICE TO INTERACT WITH DESKTOP.
then go back to the GENERAL tab then hit APPLY, then STOP, then START.
It will now start back up and be fully visible like it used to be.
If u don't wanna see it anymore, then just uncheck that check box and restart the service like before.
Whatever way you leave it at, it will save and stay that way until you change it.
