Non working number error message on incoming calls

I just bought a MJ a couple of weeks ago. It has been working great for both incoming and outgoing calls, but starting a couple of days ago I can no longer receive incoming calls. The caller receives the message, "You have reached a non working number..." I can still make outgoing calls though. What's going on? What needs to be done so that I can receive calls again?

Contact MJ chat support. There may be some kind of a routing problem between MJ and certain carriers. Perhaps your number is not recognized yet from the carrier of the person making the call to you.
