MagicJack hogs the internet

My mom uses the magic jack on the pc since it doesnt work on the laptop, and when ever she starts talking the internet goes away to all electronic devices, it wasnt like this before, but the internet only works on the pc when shes talking, could anyone help me fix this problem. Please and Thanks

Sounds like you're using a wireless internet connection and a cordless phone. The phone is interfering with the wireless internet connection. Connect the computer with an ethernet cable or change the channel on either the phone or the wireless router so that they don't cancel each other out.
