Does the Magic Jack have a MAC address for Qos setup?

Post by surfzombie »

I recently purchase a Buffalo router and updated the firmware to Tomato and was wondering it the MJ has a MAC address to specify in the Qos setting for voip use? I know that My TK6000 does and hopefully the new MJPluse will. Any help?

The MAC address would be the one associated with your computer's network adapter that your mJ is plugged in to, as it is the device with the network connection. That is the MAC you would use in your QoS settings.

I wondered if that would work but wasn't sure if it had it's own MAC address. Thanks.
