Magic Jack Changes Screen Resolution

I just received a replacement MJ, and now I notice that when MJ boots within Windows Vista, my screen flashes a few times and the resolution gets changes to a low resolution screen.

Is anyone experiencing the same thing AND most importantly, is there a setting I need to change to correct the problem?
