Wtf? Getting dropped calls with random people. It's a bit annoying, I have QoS setup for 10000-30000. Happened with one person 3 times @ around 5minutes each time.
Running 15mbit internet through a netgear switch, then through a netgear router.
Any ideas?
....Dropped calls.

More info please!
Greetings,
I am sorry to hear you are getting dropped calls. That is a very common issue with Magicjack and other VOIP services. So common that it could be a number of things. You need to provide us with more info.
Is it a laptop or desktop? Do you have a powered USB hub for the magicjack? In some cases this fixes the issue. What is your upload speeds? 15mbs down is more than enough, but if you do not have at least 128kbs up then that is your problem.
Why the switch before the router on your internet connection? Are you using the routers DHCP server to allot IPs? Or are you having the switch take care of it?
More info please!
Sincerely,
Barada Nels
