Setting up ain't no 1-2-3

Post by letsgetitright »

All I have to say is setup wasn't a simple 1-2-3 method. For me it was plug in ...oh error failed to install YMAX usb device...Unplug, replug, uninstall, replug. Contact support, run upgrade.exe (no go), unplug, replug (hold shift) (no go), run from users mjusbsp folder (no go, delete it), open discmgmt.msc, no drive for MJ, run devmgnt.msc, error on YMAX usb device drivers, unplug, install Win FixIT, plug in (hold shift), run setup, setup installs, register...ok done, cant make or receive calls problem..., contact support again, unplug, run devmgnt.msc, uninstall YMAX device, uninstall usb TigerJet, replug (hold shift), run MJ, login MJ, enable outbound/inbound calling, test numbers, finally it works. Whew!

Glad to see you finally have your MJ working. Training for MJ chat support should consist of many hours of study on the forums here.
