HOW DO I STOP THE CRACKING SOUND IN THE CALL? AND IT ALSO DROPS SOME PARTS OF THE CALL. HOW CAN I FIX THAT. ALSO CAN YOU USE A FAX MACHINE WITH MAJIC JACK? THANKS FOR ANY HELP.

Theres a button next to the "a" key called "caps lock". I think you have that button on... you may wanna turn it off

Umm Cracking sound in the call. Well what kind of internet and pc are you using. Does this always happen. Do you hear choppy audio or the other person. Yes you can use fax machine on the magicjack, but it may be tricky.
