HOW DO I STOP THE CRACKING SOUND IN THE CALL? AND IT ALSO DROPS SOME PARTS OF THE CALL. HOW CAN I FIX THAT. ALSO CAN YOU USE A FAX MACHINE WITH MAJIC JACK? THANKS FOR ANY HELP.

Umm Cracking sound in the call. Well what kind of internet and pc are you using. Does this always happen. Do you hear choppy audio or the other person. Yes you can use fax machine on the magicjack, but it may be tricky.

This is a very popular topic on this forum and since everyone's setup is diffrent you will find a large amount of solutions to this problem the hard part is finding the one that works for you,search and read the post's.Try the solutions that do not cost any money first most of the time it is just some tweaking/adjusting of settings on your MJ,router,pc/laptop,modem etc.Good luck and post back which if any of the solutions worked for you.
