Using Sprint Hotspot for internet. Calls go straight to VM
I am using a phone with wireless hotspot. Incoming calls go directly to Magic Jack voicemail. I hang up the phone I am calling from and then Magic Jack rings but the call has been disconnected. Can anyone help me. I spent hours chatting with Magic Jack and they could not help me. Finally told me I need to go back to DSL. That is not a viable option. Thank you

What speeds are you getting from your Sprint Hot-Spot? To run the MagicJack properly you need atleast 128kbs upload and 512kbs download. If you are unsure of your speeds you can go to: www.speedtest.net to test it.
Anything under the speeds listed above will not be adequate and you will need to seek a better connection or try a different VOIP . . . although most if not all need at least what I have stated.
