Can not connect to internet

I have had to install a new broadband DSL modem and router by Westell. After getting every computer and device installed and setup, I get all the way to the MJ screen and get a E6 error. I tells me to establish an internet connection and MJ will continue.

At first, I thought the MJ was bad because of a recent electrical storm so I purchase a new one. I get the same message as the old one.

hi when you setup your net did u also setup a firewall? also if it a dsl modem with a router then u will need to set up the firewall to allow the MJ to work
