Help making call

I just hooked up MagicJack. When I try to make a call, it appears to be signing in, and then tells me to connect to the Internet, and double click (error 3). I have phone in hand, the Talk button depressed, a number entered, and I hit Send. What is wrong? I know I am conncected to a good port.

hi look's like your firewall is blocking MJ you need to set your firewall to allow the MJ
