Voice Mail is not reliable, sometimes it works sometimes nothing. Anyone got an answer?
This problem after being totally off the grid on Wednesday due to "Proxy Problems". I am losing patience.

very popular topic here if you search around you will notice that it is almost always a problem on MJ side and there is nothing you can do on your side to fix it,all I can suggest is that you bug the heck out of tech support until they get it fixed for you,good luck.

Voice Mail
Hello,
I live on the west coast and I notice that all "Voice Mail" is listed in eastern time. Any answer for that little problem?
Also, although there may be no answer when calling "Voice Mail", I get an email follow up on all no answers. Of course, there is no actual message recorded because there was no message.

Maybe its the default server MJ uses to connect to? Its usually mempihis by default, at least in my experience, but you can search for the server list here on the forums and then change what server you connect to on your softphone. Not sure but that's one possibility. I'm also not sure if you can change that via the MJ softphone itself or not.
