CRACKLE

I'm told that the 'other end' of my calls occasionally hears a significant amount of 'crackle' and that the sound is annoying and I'm hard to understand.

What can I do???

Stop calling them when you are eating a bowl of Rice Krispies???

Crackle noises are normally due to a bad electrical connection, I would try a new or different phone connected directly to the MJ device.

If that doesn't help I would try a powered USB hub.

The connected 'phone is cordless---if that makes any difference.

Do not use the short USB cable that comes with MJ.

Yes, a radio phone could be getting interference and cause the noise.
