Can't hear callers very well during incoming/outgoing calls

Hey Guys,

We just purchased MJ + but we counldn't hear callers very well during incoming/outgoing calls. It didn't matter if the caller was from a cell phone or land line.

We have MJ + connected to a usb port on Windows 7 Home Premium. Here's the fix that we used to resolve the problem...

1. If applicable, go into your router and port forward udp and tcp ports 5060, 5070 and 443 to the computer that uses MJ +.

2. On the computer that uses MJ +, go to control panel/windows firewall/advanced settings and create two new rules to allow the port numbers and udp/tcp protocols referenced above.

3. Download and install the community codec pack from
http://www.cccp-project.net/

4. Reboot the router.

5. Reboot the computer.
