When I plug in magicJack, the software loads, then instead of connecting and downloading my contacts and showing my phone number, instead I get a splash screen that says:
I tried plugging in to a friends PC, and got a similar screen, but offering free calls for 30 days. I have since uninstalled, reinstalled updated, etc. Today a tech did some kind of direct download (it took 2x as long as downloading the update, and was done without a browser), and still nothing. My subscription doesn't expire till June 04, 2012. It seems obvious to me that for whatever reason, the device is installed, but the software doesn't recognize it,. Does anyone have ANY suggestions?Your magicJack APP trial has expired
To place calls without a magicJack ...
you need magicJack APP
Otherwise, insert your magicJack
into a USB port on your computer
to continue as you normally would.
