FIX FOR: Garbled Audio on MagicJack Plus “MJP Users End”

This Fix Will Delete Corrupted MagicJack Installation Files On Your PC.

#1 Unplug MagicJack Plus from your Router.

#2 Plug MagicJack Plus into your Computer.

#3 MagicJack Plus will Automatically load Dial Pad Program.

#4 Close Dial Pad Program AFTER it loads.

#5 On Desktop Right Click MagicJack Icon then Left Click on
Properties located at bottom of popup window.

#6 Left Click on Shortcut tab then Left Click Open File Location.

#7 New window will pop up.

#8 Left Click Organize top left of window then Left Click Select All.

#9 Right Click Highlighted Files/Folders to Delete ALL.

#10 If you are not able to Delete some Files/Folders, unplug
MagicJack Plus and try again.

#11 After ALL Files/Folders are deleted unplug MagicJack Plus from
your computer.

#12 After a Few Seconds Plug MagicJack Plus back into your
computer and let Dial Pad Load.

#13 After Dial Pad Loads make a call and see if Audio is Now Clear.

#14 Turn off Router for TWO Minutes and then turn it back on.

#15 Unplug MagicJack Plus from your PC and Plug into Router.

#16 Make a call. Audio should now be clear.

you will have to do that process again soon, it will clear up then you start having garbled audio again.
