I am trying to port my landline number over to MJ but my phone companies name is not on the list. MJ told me to push it through manually and confirm it that way but it makes me uneasy and I think the porting request will be denied. Has anyone done it in this manner?
I had the same problem. I just put it through anyway and my number was ported in about a week. Don't expect much notification from MJ, I found out when my current land quit working. MJ sent me an email about 8 hours later.
