If it was plugged into your PC and your internet signal was wireless, sure.
BUT if you want to use it without a PC and it plugs INTO a router, one would "assume" you need access to said router for the + to work..

I WAS HOPING TO FIND OUT IF I CAN ACCESS MY ROUTER FROM THE MJ PLUS WIRELESS, SO THAT WI FI IS AVAILABLE IN A TRUCKSTOP, I COULD USE THE MJ PLUS.

No in that situation you need to have your MJ + plugged into your laptop's USB port.
Just so you know wireless internet will be hit or miss since you have no idea how many others are using it and limiting your bandwidth..

By the way.. Please turn off your caps lock key as it LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE SHOUTING!!

Yes you can do that with a client router like; a router with dd-wrt firmware if you know the wep or wpa password.

They will sell an add-on gadget for wireless connection, but you may have to connect to your computer first to tell it which wireless router (and maybe password) to use. That will be okay around home, but when you are traveling it means that you will need a computer to update it with each new location. The gadget will be "available next year" per Dan.
