How can you get Magic Jack to refund your $$
After 4 hours and 8 different tech support people (I kept getting disconnected before resolution of my magic jack problem) my magic jack worked marginally, but was so weakened by repeatedly removing the jack as per their constant instructions that it broke in 2 pieces and now I can't get them to refund my prepaid service....
