magickJack doesn't start up

We have our MJ plugged directly into a USB port on our computer.

AS Windows boots, it should start up. But it doesn't.

I checked CCleaner's Startup list and cdloader is there.

HKCU:Run cdloader "C:\Users\ANMT7\AppData\Roaming\mjusbsp\cdloader2.exe" MAGICJACK

Is there something I can do about this?
