login in using your email or MJ phone number
click on my MY SUBSCRIPTIONS tab
Then click on "CHANGE SETTINGS" in the call forwarding section
make your adjustments there
All done

That site and the main MJ site were down earlier today, if it's not back up for you, it should be shortly. If you're not clicking on his link, be sure to include the "period" after "my". Without it, you will be taken to a different company.

I just clicked on the link I gave her and it seems to be working now. Yeah I read their web pages were down earlier today. Hopefully she can get in now and change what she needs..

Hi everyone.
Thanks for helping. I noticed the other day , i was able to get on site but forgot my password and that was like 1- 2am eastern time.

for the pass couple of days i been tryin to log on in the mid day and nothing ..
Right now its 11:12 am and no connection.

It's working and logging in fine for me, which obviously is of no help to you. The time of day should not make any difference, something else must be going on at your end.

It also shouldn't make a difference, but you might try logging on from your soft-phone. Either via the "menu" and "advanced users", or "my" in the call box area.

What i did was turn off the magicjack service and i was able to log on..?/
What ever i did it worked.. Thanks again..
