cannot contact service provider - cant install MJ

I am trying to installMJ for the first time...I am getting message CANNOT CONTACT SERVICE PROVIDER MAKE SURE INTERNET IS CONNECTED even tho internet is open and ascessable to all other functions of the omputer.

I have diabled Microsoft Fire Wall but have semantic anti-virus.

Please help - [font=Arial] [/font] :( suggestions to intstall MJ

Are you using a router and what OS are you using?
