We have a 2nd-generation magicJack (per the photos) which works on our dying PC (screen is going), but we can't get it to work or upgrade on our Intel iMac (10.6.
or our friend's Intel MacMini (10.5. despite the fact that our friend's 2nd-gen magicJack works on both. We have had 4 magicJack tech support people log into the iMac to upgrade it for the Mac but no luck.
Is there an earlier upgrade for 2nd gen magicJacks?
