how do I dowload software after uninstall, when plugging in brand new majic jack?

When you plug in the magicjack, it should auto-start. However if it does not then go to My Computer and find the magicjack. It will show up like a flash drive. Open it and choose Start MagicJack. It will automatically run the software.
