I also have bad experience with them. Seems like they don't know anything about networking. I have been chatting with them for the past 5 hours trying to assign a static IP to my MJ+ and still no luck. Their main site is made so unprofessionally, and that video that keeps playing is just so annoying. I know how you feel my friend

with netTALK you have Live US based phone tech support and a professional website. I don't think you can assign a static IP with nettalk.

Makes things even worse if you cannot assign a static IP. Not all networks are DHCP, and many are not!
