Can Not Register My New MJ+

I get as far as the Vanity Number option screen. I select option 3, "I do not want a Vanity or a Canadian number, I will pick my US area code and prefix from a list and you will assign my last four digits." and there is no way to proceed.

What's going on? No "NEXT" or "SUBMIT". Clicking the text doesn't work either. I'm stuck in registration purgatory.

I sure would appreciate some help. 4 hours with MJ support was no help.

Try completely unplugging and then plugging it back in and starting over. I had this problem when I got my magicjack plus this evening.

Thanks, I will do that again but I've already done it at least six times, twice after rebooting.

When it worked for you, what button showed up?

Tried again this morning. No Joy. Stops on the same screen.

JOY!

I actually got a support person who helped get the job done.

He had me move the MJ+ to my XP netbook which usually serves my older MJ. I unplugged the old MJ, plugged in the MJ+ and everything worked. I now have a number.

Guess the MJ+ doesn't like Win 7, at least not my Win 7.

Have the MJ+ working stand alone so now I'll see if I have anything else to complain about.
