Static IP

I have business class internet from Time Warner Cable.
What I need to know is how would I setup a stic IP address IN the magicjack plus?

DHCP is not inabled and can not be inabled on the cable modem, I have a block of 5 Static IP address that I can use,

Example:
*.*.*.202-206
Plus gateway, and such,
I am guessing that the MagicJack Plus gets and IP address via DHCP...
Is it going to be posible to install manually the Static IP address to the MagicJack..

try changing out the 5v usb power supply with a better one
