Can't connect to a free conference call

Cannot get connected with a conference call number 530-881-1200, just get a busy signal. All 7 other callers can connect, but I can't. I called the private landline and let them know I can't get in and I have to listen by speaker phone. This has happened 2 weeks in a row to same phone number. I am able to dial any other number I want and get connected but not this one. It's a free conference call number.
Why do I just get a busy signal?

Because, had you bothered to do a search, MJ has it's own conference call number and has blocked all others because of the HIGH connecting fees they are charging.
Been this way for about a year now..
