magic jack is not working

I installed magic jack in november last year. In June 2011 I paid for 5 year service. However, Magic jack service has been disconected. I remember in July I was able to chat with somebody in technical support, however this time I have been unable to do so. I would like somebody to help me to reactivate the service. I believe it is cancelled. When I turn on my computer, magic jack starts, but it does not activate the icon for online service. It goes immediately to a web page for enrollment. There is nothing anyone in here can do to help you. This forum is not run by MagicJack. You will have to make contact with their customer service on their website.
