I have identified two Central Offices in my area that are not handling calls to/from my MJ-Plus properly: MRTTGAMA and ALPRGAMA.
For example:
When I call 770-499-1300 (Sprint store): I can hear them just fine, but they cannot not hear me. When they call me, the call is all garbled.
When I call 770-569-9883 (Chinese food): I can hear them just fine, but they cannot not hear me. When they call me, the call is all garbled.
I have tested this by calling multiple numbers in both Central Offices and get the exact same results.
Other phone calls to/from MJ+ work just fine.
I have had a friend test this with his MJ+ and he gets the same results.
I have reported this a number of times to MJ+ "live chat" and it has been a month and still no fix.
Any ideas?
