I am looking at the Windows Task Manager Processes screen and MagicJack.exe produces 8 Page Faults per second when idle.
I don't understand why. Does anyone know why?
This keeps the disk spinning for no reason that I can think of.
I've got 1 GB of available (unused) physical memory, so it is not getting paged out or swapping.
