MJ Commercial keeps playing

The MJ commercial keeps playing in background, even when I'm not on the internet. I had to "mute" sound. I tried restarting computer, but after a short while the MJ commercial returns.

Ever since this started, I get a dial tone on phone, but no calls go through.

Help

which commercial are you referring to, the one on the dial pad or in the website?
