Phone finally ringing!!!!!

OKay i got my magic jack beginning of april,first day the volume was crappy,,second day when someone would call me , the phone wouldnt ring..i been thru dozens of tech support ppl ..tried dozen dif thing..2 days ago my new magic jack came in mail..i first formatted my pc reinstalled win xp..plugged in magic jack after wards got an error message about not enuf voltage etc..my printer also uses usb port..ok so i uninstalled printer port from hardware mgr..unplugged magic jack plugged back in everything.error said i didnt have the magic jack in the high speed usb port so i changed the port for usb mj..suddenly windows started installing the files etc correctly so i am assuming before i had the port mixed up and wasnt getting enuf voltage to make the phone ring etc..so i know others had the same problem with their magic jack..my phone rings loud and volume is loud and clear now..I am happy..
