Login to your magicjack account
Click the "My Subscriptions" tab
Under "Transfer Your Phone Number to magicJack" click "Details"
Submit your transfer request.
At this time Magicjack charges $10 to port your number
NUMBER PORTING
During the registration you will be given the option to keep your other carrier number to magicjack.
Register first your magicjack or magicjack plus and have a 10 digit US number on it once done registering your magicjack Please go to my.magicjack.com and log in to your account then click PHONE NUMBERS Tab and click on Port a Phone number tab then TRANSFER my NUMBER TO MAGICJACK
Do not contact your current phone company to disconnect your telephone service. Your telephone number must be active with your old phone company to transfer your number to your MJ. Transferring a number may take up to 10 business days to
complete. During the transfer period, your current phone line will continue to operate normally. You may use your MJ with the temporary number assigned during registration.
Once you have made the request, you will be notified via email with the instructions on how to transfer your phone number to magicjack.
The Number Porting has a nominal fee for $19.99 for the process transferring your land line/existing number to your magicjack and the yearly fee for the number ported in for $9.99, to maintain your ported number

The transfer of number will take 10 business days and notified via email once the process is complete. During this 10 days you can make calls out but not receive.
PORTING OUT
In order to transfer a number on your magicJack to a new provider, eligible
requests should be initiated by your new service provider, who will coordinate the
transfer.
