About two weeks ago my windows 7 Professional (64x) SP1 started rebooting constantly -- any time from after a few minutes up to 4-hours.
Trouble shooting -- it is not a Hardware issues (runs fine with Ubuntu).
I did a system restore and had to go back 3-weeks before the system ran without rebooting every few hours, but now it has started rebooting again.
I installed "who crashed it" and it says that the crash was caused by a driver.
For some reason MagicJack did not reload after one of the reboots and my system ran all night without rebooting.
Now MJ is my number one suspect. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix for this?

@ kenmullins,
Please try these:
1. Go to Device Manager (Windows >> Run >> devmgmt.msc).
2. Click + Network Adapters.
3. Right Click Realtek Network Adapter >> Select Properties.
4. Go to Driver tab and look for Update Drive and Roll Back Driver button.
*Some wont have a rollback option because this is what their computer came with. Those will have to press update.
Additional Note : Sometimes, for some computer, their system will say their driver is up to date, they just have to go to the realtek website and get the most up to date driver.
Hope that helps...

Thanks,
I made two changes, let's see what happens.
1) I changed MJ into a service
2) I found a minor update from realtek for my Realtek Network Adapter on their web page.
The bad news -- if this fixes my rebooting problem I won't know which change fixed, but right now I just want my system to stop rebooting.

Are you getting such problem when the MJ is plugged in or even if it's unplugged? If it's doing the thing even if the MJ is unplugged, then, I can say that the problem has something to do with your windows 7 and formatting it is the best idea with the help of an IT expert.
