I can hear them, but they can't hear me

This hasn't ahppened to me, yet, becuase I don't talk on the phone for hours as my wife does.

We just installed majic jack Plus into our router.

My wife says that mid call, she will be able to hear who she is talking to, but they are unable to hear her.

Charter is my internet service provider, and I have a newer Netgear router.

Does your MJ plus work fine when connected to your PC only and not to your router or same thing on both?
