This is just my opinion:
I recently purchased an iPad 2 32GB WiFi + 3G. I currently have a Magic Jack account. I downloaded the MagicJack App from the App Store, installed it, and this is the truth "It was so easy a CaveMan Could make it Work" Literately!!!
The best part about it, aside from riding on the WiFi network it will also Ride the 3G Verizon network, I am able to make and receive calls to and from my MagicJack number in my car with only the 3G network turned on! The clarity was superb. I am not sure if I am just the lucky one or if it is for reals the most awesome service on any iPad. And I can still make and receive calls on the standard landline plugged into my MJ Plus. So the best of both worlds.
Thus I have deemed it a new name the "iMagicPad"
Keep in mind while riding the 3G Verizon network your paying for your wireless time. In my case $50.00 per month for 50GB which I think now is a bit much and may reduce it to 20 Megs for $20.00. Since I purchased my iPad used I just AOL'd the contract from the original seller. (AOL) = Assumption of Liability, therefore he had no Early Term fees and I had no set up fees or deposit due to my good credit rating. The term of the contract since I AOL'd it is only 12 months. But I look at it this way, up until now I was paying $40.00 per month to Metro PCS for just a basic phone, I am paying $10.00 more a month for a phone, computer, pad, and all the neat #hit that apple offers. By the way this is my first apple purchase as I have always been a PC guy. I never liked Laptops or Phones but the iPad is awesome!

I can receive a call on my iPad, but no ringing sound.
I installed MJ on my iPad. Everyting works fine but there is no sound when I receive a call.
