It's enough to drive you nuts. Today upon start of computer, MJ LED came on but there was no automatic launch. I had to click the MJ icon on the desktop to launch.
But today there was a difference, a registration window popped up, assigning a NYC area code of 718 (there was a choice). I went through the registration and at the end there was this message: 0 Provisioning could not be provided. There was no explanation, no nothing. The only option was to close the registration window. What gives?

Re: Registration
I'm confused too. When I started my mj up today, I noticed that the 911 address circle was yellow and not green or red. I'd never seen that before. When I placed the cursor over the yellow circle...it said pending. Pending what, the address was correct.sligg wrote:It's enough to drive you nuts. Hi nayan2782
If you post once and cannot get a reply, better post again in the same thread. No need to spam in all the open threads.
Log-in to the User Portal: http://my.magicjack.com . Right now, it seems the portal is down (I can't access it atleast, right now), but it might be up any time. You need to login with the same E-Mail and password you used to purchase the MJ.
Once logged-in (If at all you can), you'll find a link to the tech chat on your homepage.
