Magicjack rings twice on computer before ringing on my phone

Hi,

I've had my magicjack (the first edition that requires the computer) for almost two years now and it's been working fine.

However, in the last month or so, it started ringing on the computer for 2 rings before starting to ring on the phone that's plugged into it.

As you know, the magicjack has 4 rings before going to voicemail. This means that if I'm not on my computer, when the phone rings, I only get 2 actual rings to answer otherwise voicemail comes on.

I'm running magicjack on Windows 7 x64, and I'm not using any hacks or any software to change the behaviour of magicjack.

Has anyone has this problem and fixed it? I don't understand, it was working fine all this time and then started doing this.
