dialer on pc

hi. i am new to this forum. i just bought a magicjackplus and cannot access the dialing pad on the pc (softphone???). when i click on it, it forces me to click on a "plug in your mjp to a usb". when i do, it tries to connect to internet explorer and the screen just goes white and locks up. i downloaded ie 8 hoping that would fix it. but it did not.

also, once mjp is installed, how do you get it to work on more than one phone?

Make sure your MJ plus is plugged in to your computer and not to your router. Once it's plugged in, click on "start magicJack" or double click the MJ icon on your desktop for the registration page to appear on the dial pad.

You basically plug the phone cord into a phone jack instead of your phone. Search the forum, there are multiple posts on how to do it, and warnings on how not to screw it up.
