Doesn't work with my Intel based Mac OS 10.5.2

I talked to 8 people over two days - it just doesn't work on my Mac. It works on my windows partition though. However, I need to be on my Mac when using my phone. Tech support was mostly nice, but didn't have a clue as to why even their link for a fix for BETA for the Mac wasn't available.

Anyone else with this problem? Any with this problem get it to work?

Thanks for that info. I didn't even get error messages on my screen, but I'll try your approach. It's better then being forced to use WIndows on my Mac.

does anyone have the working link to their beta upgrade fix for macs? the link on their website does NOT work for MJ purchased between 3/8 and 4/12

I talked to 8 people between Friday and Monday. The link was broken or the file missing every time I tried, but no one did anything about it. I also cannot do the same thing the other person suggested because MJ doesn't even show up on my iMac.

I decided for the price I will keep the thing and use my Windows partition when I need to use the phone. It's a pain, but better then paying AT&T for long distance.
