volume issue only on outgoing calls

Running a MJ on a MAC.
When I receive an incoming call on my MJ, everything is fine.
When I make an outgoing call, the person that I call can not hear me. I can hear them. Any suggestions ?

Yes I suggest you post this in the MAC section as one would think one would get better responses there.
