I’m trying to get in touch with Tech Support on the phone.. Not chat on line.. Would you have any numbers??

Having a direct number to call their tech support would generally not better help whatever technical issue you are having anyway. Instead of not being much help to you via your computer screen, they wouldn't be much help via your earpiece. Poorly trained is poorly trained regardless of how you contact them.
