Incoming calls do not work

I just got my MJ. I spent 30 minutes with tech support with MJ, and finally I said enough, yesterday. I really don't want to go thru stupid "stuff" to figure out the actual issue. So I've been trying to research issues but my search string seems not show what I'm looking for. I can't seem to get my voice mail working either.
I'm going to try DMZ zone on the router later today, but is there anything else that I'm missing?
I've forwarded over the ports 80, 443, 5060, 5070 to my internal machine. I can make out going calls fine.

XP SP2 = OS
XP Firewall with MJ allowed

I removed some the firewall rules I manually did in the XP firewall settings and now its working it appears to ring fine or it might of just took 24 hrs took kick in
