As far as $19.95 per year? Yes IF you buy the 5 year plan it works out to $19.95 per year. Otherwise it is $29.95 per year.

BTW it is 29.95 plus 4.8 % Dan's mystery surcharge. Everybody seems to forget that, which shows how a simple scheme can make megabucks over a period of time.
