After FOURTEEN hours with MJ support, I still have poor quality / dropped calls with my MJ+. My ISP is Clear Spot Voyager (mobile 4g). To get a router connection, I am using a Cradlepoint MDR95 in WiFi to WAN mode.
MJ Support has had me move the MJ+ to my computer, uninstall and reinstall software, do port forwarding, setup DMZ, turn off firewall, and uninstall Avast A/V.
Clear said they do not support VOIP, but I'm getting line speeds of 3-6 d/l and 1 u/l. Cradlepoint actually sent me a new router to see if it made a difference (it didn't).
I ready to throw in the towel and give Obi a try. Any ideas?
