Phantom Voice Message / Can't Save New Greeting

I have been using MJ for months now and have had no issues until today. My first issue is this:
I call my number from MJ, the machine says "You have one new messages, press 1 for new messages..."

I press 1

The machine says "First Message Press 3 for Advanced Options. Press 5 To Repeat The Current Message. Press 7 To Delete This Message. Press 8 To Forward This Message To Another User. Or 9 To Save This Message..."

Please notice there is no period between "First Message Press 3 for Advanced Options". This is the problem. It seems there is a phantom message that appears to be on the voice mail system but really isn't there. I have used 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9 and they all work properly for the remainder of the phone call. When I hang up and call back, the machine says "You have one new messages, press 1 for new messages..."

I press 1

The machine says "First Message Press 3 for Advanced Options" and the psychotic cycle continues .

My first question is: how do I delete this phantom message or format and reset my voice mail box.

My second issue is this:

When i try to record a new greeting, the system says greeting saved. Then, when I call back to hear it from my cell phone, the new greeting was never saved into the magic jack voice mail system - IT IS THE OLD GREETING... EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS IT SAVED IT!

My second question is this: How do you fix this error?

Do a live "help chat," describe the problem to them and ask them to please reset your voicemail account.
